Holy smokes! We’ve only just gone and been shortlisted by Campaign Magazine for their Technology Company of the Year Award.
As part of this year’s Campaign Tech Awards, we’ve been nominated alongside some fantastic teams including DataXU, Quantcast and Yext.
It’s clear that interactive video delivers much richer viewer experiences, which can only continue to be good news for consumers and marketers in 2018. Google reports that interactive video delivers up to 9x more viewer engagement than ordinary video; the IAB believes that it increases purchase intent by at least three times and delivers a 50% increase in time spent with the video, so we’re thrilled that our technology is being recognised for powering a lot of the interactive video you see out in the wild today.
The awards exist to champion collaboration between the marketing, creative and technology communities, and celebrate the outstanding work that this collaboration can often bring about. Accordingly, they reward the disrupters and pioneers of the creative tech world. In our case we were proud to point to recent collaborations with Ted Baker, Disney and Hugo Boss as shining examples in this category.
The ceremony will be held on June 13th, 2018 where we’ll find out all the winners from a fantastic range of categories. It’s now the job of the 35 industry heavyweights who make up the judging panel, chaired by Google’s UK marketing chief Graham Bednash, to decide who’s going to be taking home the silverware.
